To place a bid on one of our auctions, you must firstly SIGN UP for a free account on SupportDefenders.com. You can sign up using your X login or simply sign up by email.

After you registered your account, go to our AUCTION SECTION and chose the auction you want to bid on. All bids are made in US Dollars.

The winning bid will be notified by email. You can also go to the specific auction page and click on the “auction history” tab to see the winning bid.

The winning bid will receive an email with a payment link. Click the link and follow the instructions on the screen. You can pay by card, PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay, ApplePay or CashApp. All auctions are settled in US Dollars. A winning bid shall be paid within 24 hours of the winner being announced. If the winning bid is not paid within this timeframe, the item can go to the second highest bidder.

Shipping is an additional cost according to the buyers location. Our team will reach out to auction winners to coordinate shipping. Most items will be shipped out from Ukraine or Poland, but some items can be shipped from other countries.

You can type your address in the USER DASHBOARD.

Our team will reach out to you if the address is not filled out in the user dashboard.

No, the shipping fee is additional to the price of the auctioned item. Our team will reach out to auction winners to coordinate shipping.

Parts of the price of an auctioned item is tax deductible according to 501(c)(3).

The part of the amount that exceeds the value of the item is considered a donation. So if you buy an item through an auction for 500 dollars and the value of the item is 100 dollars = 400 dollars are tax deductible according to 501(c)(3). Please note that tax deductions are only available for citizens of the USA.

The value of an item is estimated and determined by our Auction Team.

If you want to make a monetary donation go to, our DONATION PAGE. Choose your preferred currency and payment method and follow the instructions on the screen.

If you want to donate a specific item, go to our DONATE ITEM page or use our AMAZON WISHLIST. 

You can donate specific items on our DONATE ITEM page, or through our AMAZON WISHLIST.

When donating through our donate item page, you chose the items you want to donate and put them in the basket. Go to the checkout page and checkout with your preferred payment method. All items are listed in US Dollars.

When donating through our Amazon Wishlist, you chose the items you want to donate, checkout and pay. Then the items will be delivered to our warehouse in Poland and later transported to the front line by our ground team.

The minimum donation is 2 dollars / 2 euros or the equivalent in other currencies.

We currently accept ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, Venmo, card payments and iDEAL (euros only).

Later on, more payment methods will be implemented.

Our sister organisation “1Team1Fight USA Corporation” is registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation with EIN #93-3549627. Which means, that US taxpayers can get a tax deduction when donating on SupportDefenders.com. 501(c)(3) tax deduction is only available for US taxpayers.

Section 501(c)(3) is the portion of the US Internal Revenue Code that allows for federal tax exemption of nonprofit organizations that meet the code’s requirements.

We will provide the required documents, which you will need to apply for a tax deduction. You will receive a individual receipt for each donation you make. You will also receive a yearly receipt with all donations you made during the year.

You can always download a yearly receipt or individual receipts through you DONOR DASHBOARD.

Items purchased through our Amazon Wishlist is settled in Euros only.

You need to make an Amazon account. Make sure to go to the settings page and register your personal address first, otherwise Amazon will not allow you to order any items at all.

When you have ensured that you have an Amazon account and registered your personal address in the Amazon settings, you have to change your “deliver to” country to Poland. Items ordered from our Amazon Wishlist will be delivered to our warehouse in Poland, so if your “deliver to” country is not set to Poland, it will look like the items are not available.

When you ensure the steps above, simply navigate to our AMAZON WISHLIST, chose the items you want to donate and checkout.

If the items on our AMAZON WISHLIST seem to be unavailable, you have to change the “deliver to” country to Poland and refresh the page.

If you do not have your personal address registered in your Amazon settings, Amazon will not allow you to order any items at all.

Therefore you have to type in your personal address in your Amazon settings, before you can order from our Wishlist. Your personal address will not be shared with us, or be visible in relation to your order from our Wishlist. You are 100% anonymous. 

Make sure to remember to change the “deliver to” country to Poland as well, otherwise it will seem as if the items on our Wishlist are not available.

When you donate specific items through our AMAZON WISHLIST, the items will be shipped to our warehouse in Poland and later delivered on the front line in Ukraine by our ground team.

No, you can only order the items listed on the AMAZON WISHLIST.

Items purchased through our AMAZON WISHLIST will be allocated by our operations team to Ukrainian units who needs that specific item. Donors cannot influence which unit receives your donated items.
